Can I book my transfer that will be inside next 24 hours?

Yes you can, but first you need to check availability of a vehicle. Your best option is to give us a call – our phone number is +385 99 365 0024 or send mail on info@spalatumtransfers.com

I ordered transfer with small vehicle in next 24 hours, but I need to cancel it. Will you charge me?

Yes, cancelations for sedans and vans inside 24 hours will be charged full amount (100%).

I am late. You are going to wait me?

We will wait for you, don’t worry. But if your unannounced or unjustified delay is more than 15 minutes, we are free to leave. If you know that you will be late, please give us a call.

Can I order speed-boat transfer?

Of course you can. Our web offers you inquiry page – just click on it and ask us anything you want, we will respond as soon as we can.

I want a transfer to island. What is included?

Transfer from airport to ferry port and transfer from arrival port to your apartment on island. The vehicle that takes you from the airport to the port does not enter the ferry, another vehicle is driving you on the island!

What if our flight does not land in the agreed airport?

We track your flight via open source online applications and if we notice some changes, we will contact you as soon as you land. Then you have two options: we can arrange you new transfer from there or you can have your money back free of charge.

I am under 18. Can I book a transfer?

Unfortunately, you can’t. Your parent or legal guardian can do it for you

So you landed and picked up your luggage. Or you are in front of a ferry and waiting. How can you recognize our driver?

Don’t worry. Our driver will have sign that you will recognize. In case you don’t see anybody, you can always give us a call.

My flight is late. You will wait for me?

Of course we will. You just need to provide us correct flight sign so that we can track you via open source online flight trackers. Waiting in case of flight delay will always be free of charge.

We have tons of luggage with us and we are afraid that there will be no enough space in your vehicle for all. What can we do in that case?

Most important thing is that you let us know that information as soon as possible so we can send another vehicle just for your luggage. Remember, you can have only one large and one small piece of luggage per person in case you don’t give us information that you need more space.

Can I light up my smoke in your vehicle?

No, smoking is fordbidden in our vehicles.

Are you a local taxi service? Bolt? Uber?

No, we are highly professional company that employs only professional drivers. Our prices are fixed, with no variations, no extras in case of traffic jams.

What if I refuse to sign a transfer contract?

Transfer contract is legally obligated in the Republic of Croatia. In case you refuse to sign it, we cannot do transfer for you.

Is your website safe for make online payments?

Yes, of course. Our team of developers make sure everything is up to date with the latest security trends.

I want to book a transfer to a destination that is not on your list. Is it possible to do that?

Yes, it is. Just send us a mail or give us a call and we will give you a detailed transfer offer. Remember, everything is customizable, you can ask us for anything you want.

Your vehiches have air condition, right?

Yes, they have. Our vehicles are equipped with a 2-zone climate system which allows for different temperature settings for both the left and right sides of the car.

What if I have any special demands?
